The James Bond The Man With The Golden Gun Title Track 12" Vinyl Picture Disc - 50th Anniversary Edition - by Lulu was first available through independent music shops as part of 2024 Record Store Day, and has now been released to the world to mark the anniversary. The track, written by John Barry and Don Black, is issued for the first time as a 12” picture disc featuring the original poster artwork.

Backstory. 2024 marks 50 years since The Man With The Golden Gun opened in cinemas, with John Barry’s soundtrack and title track released the same year. In 2022 Lulu joined Dame Shirley Bassey, Don Black, David Arnold and other musical stars to perform her 1974 title song at ‘The Sound Of 007 In Concert’ at London’s Royal Albert Hall.

Details. The A side features 'The Man With The Golden Gun', the B side features 'A Boy Like You'. The exclusive 12” picture disc shows Robert McGinnis's original poster artwork, with a collage of illustrated images of key characters, scenes and locations, including Roger Moore’s Bond, Scaramanga, Nick Nack, Mary Goodnight and Andrea Anders, on a white background. Presented in a clear sleeve with orange and black sticker.
